Assistant Directors are an essential to the success of Harvard Model United Nations China. In each committee, two to three Assistant Directors work with the Director to monitor debate, manage committee logistics, uphold Parliamentary Procedure, and assist delegates in anything they may need. As an intermediary between the dais and delegates, Assistant Directors are critical to giving delegates the best experience possible and making them feel at home in the committee room.

High school and university students from around the globe have the opportunity to apply for Assistant Director positions. The position is a rewarding opportunity to experience the highest level of MUN debate, interact with passionate Harvard Directors, and guide inspiring delegates. Most importantly, Assistant Directors have the unique opportunity to personally shape conference for hundreds of delegates. Applications will open in July and close October 15th.
